Design Load Analysis

--- This metal housing has large openings for terminal blocks. A thumb pressure load was simulated to verify the housing would not bend under pressure. The material thickness that was selected did not bend even when over 50 pounds of direct pressure was applied at the center of the weakest point. Intermediate Automation supplied the Customer with a Final Design that was a Strong Metal Housing with Minimal Shipping Weight.

Stereo Lithography --- Our 3D Printer is used to create original parts from an .STL file The Original Part is used to make many RTV Molds to support Rapid Production of this part.   This is a picture of the original that the printer creates -and- the print screen before the file is sent to the printer.   ..... ..... Production Parts are removed from the RTV Mold then snapped together.
